Frequently Asked Questions
An Essential Oil is a concentrated liquid containing the aroma compounds from the non-fatty parts of specific plants (blossoms, leaves, roots, bark, etc.). Natural oils are blends of natural occurring (not synthetic) ingredients.
Our oils are specifically selected and formulated for the air. Through product development and research we found that even though essential oils evaporate naturally, it’s sometimes difficult to get all of the oil into the air. The “light notes” evaporate quickly but those “heavy notes” tend to remain.
Methods of extraction, specific parts of plant that is used & botanical species all effect the overall cost of the oil.
Just ask, we will be happy to provide additional information upon request.
The simple answer is yes! All Essential & Natural oils do have a shelf life which vary dependent on the environment that they are kept in. Heat, light & Oxygen play key rolls in how long the oils will last. Typically you can expect a 1-2 year shelf life on most oils stored in the original bottles and keep in a cool area away from direct sunlight.

Please ensure you are using the correct diffuser with the specific type of oil. Some diffusers may not work well with citrus based oils. We encourage you to clean up any spills quickly as some oils may react to different types of surfaces. Typically, when diffused the oil will evaporate an not leave a residue behind.
